Our workshops are usually based on one of three things:
a theme or style including topics as diverse as Shakespeare, traditional folk music, 60s folk, early music, magic and mystery, sea songs and spirituals.
skill-based sessions such as vocal workouts, harmonising and music reading.
a range of operetta, musicals and shows: G&S favourites such as Iolanthe, Mikado, Pinafore, and Pirates; Merrie England, Hiawatha’s Wedding Feast, Showboat, Kiss me Kate, The King & I, My Fair Lady, South Pacific, Guys and Dolls, The Sound of Music, Oliver, O What a lovely war, Godspell, Grease, Mamma Mia, Les Mis. These workshops give everyone the chance to sing some of the great show melodies as well as joining in favourite chorus numbers
